12'' Circle Ruler features small circle templates in the clear center area to draw circles from 1/16th in to 12 in with gradations in inches and metric. Ruler can be used to draw a circle by simply placing a pen or pencil in the hole corresponding to the size you want, stabilize the ruler with the center disc and rotate in a circle with your other hand to draw the full circle.
