The Valiani cnc cutting machine utilizes an oscillating and tangential cutting tool to achive fawless cuts
on paper base material. No more burn marks , just clean cut edges.
The ideal choice for cutting but not limited to:
- Museum Boards - 1ply , 2 ply, 4 ply and 8 ply
- Foamcore boards - 1/16" , 3/16" , 1/4" , 3/8" and 1/2"
- Chipboard Gray - 2ply , 4ply , 6ply and 8ply
- Corrugated cardboard - 1/16" and 1/8"
- Polycarbonate Plastic - 0.010 , 0.020 and 0.030"
- ALL MATERIALS MUST BE PURCHASED HERE ON ARCHITECTSCORNERLA.COM
File preparation is very simple , it uses the same file type for laser cutting.
Please use the following colors for the type of cuts required:
- Black lines : Outside cuts
- Red lines : Inside cuts
- Yellow lines: Score lines
Keep in mind if you are shipping your cut project - to use the material in the Shipable Material category.
Acceptable files format : .DXF files only
Machine table bed size : 48x96"
